Division is not up for grabs as some think!

As bad as a first half our boys played yesterday they are leaps and bounds better then the rest of the division against popular belief. Redskins are putrid, RG3 is a joke who raped thier cupboard for years to come due to all the picks they gave up for him and he's a flop! Djax? Did anyone see him or hear of him playing in week 1??? Dallas is a joke, their D is straight garbage and Romo is worse then ever, definitely lost speed on his passes and make dumb rookie mistakes still. Giants got white washed on National TV tonight by a good but not great Detroit team, they walked all over them and Eli still looks like a waterhead retard who has never played QB before, for the life of me I cannot understand how this man has two SB Rings? So we can put all the NFC East is up for grabs BS behind us, the only people saying that are the fans of other teams because they are afraid to admit thier team is trash!

It's only week 1, and the Eagles need to make sure they take care of business but this division does look weak

Eagles can't take it for granted though - divisional games are always up for grabs

Pro was just pointing out that right now the rest of the teams in the division look subpar and of all of the teams in the division the Eagles should be the favorites to win the division

But I agree it is still early yet
Same can be said of the Broncos as well - still early yet in the season

The division is not good but right now with our offensive line issues playing 3rd stringers at LG and RT this week (Remember its Mathis, then Tobin both hurt at LG, Johnson then Barbre at RT). I had this week at Indy as a lose before all this, its all going to be how the Eagles play. If they play the way they did in the 2nd half of last week it will be a good game, still might not win but a good game. If they play the way they did in the first half, then we are going to look like Dallas, Washington and New York did.

Hold on skippy. I don't disagree that right now you have the best talent in the division, but after one week to crown someone the division winner is rather stupid. Injuries and divisional play will go a long way in deciding it.

They played the first game of the season but the evaluation isn't just about one game. The Giants and Redskins sucked last year and the Cowboys were not to far behind. I don' think that these teams got better and the Cowboys actually got worse. We won the division last year and are the favorite this year.

You don't have to be a genius to know this!

But...yes, we better repeat as division champs, the competition is all totally weak.

In the Jags defense they played lights out D in the first half, took advantage of Johnson being out and also the Barbe injury, Foles was under constant pressure in the first half and the Jags played tight against our WR's, he had no time to find anyone for a pass. Second half they clamped down and the speed of the offense's tempo finally exposed cracked in the Jags D and the Eagles took full advantage, that's something a young hungry contending team does, they make adjustments and they work, they buy in and listen to the coach. Foles didn't have a great day but it also wasn't a bad day either, Did he look anywhere near as lost as RGknee, Waterhead Eli or Tony Thromo Int's? Hell no, no even close! 322 yds and 2 TD's & 1 Int isn't bad for basically playing 1 half of a game. Even down by 17 at half I knew we weren't out of it, all first half I was waiting for that spark to light hit them and they would go on a run, it was only a matter of time before they did, they have to many weapons not to score.
