No one that I remember wanted him over Simpson. They wanted him over Quan Cosby. I stand by that feeling.

I wanted Cosby over Briscoe.

The irony of the whole thing is NONE of them are on the roster, so really, it's a moot point.

And IIRC, the only one really gnashing their teeth was Marvin over the Bucs having snatched him at a decent price.
