Now is very good moment to rebuild the team. Start trading old farts for any round picks and let youngsters to step up and try NHL. Then make necessary trades in early offseason, like Canes did in their failed season and they are coming back. Build team around Parise and Kovy. Keep Anton, Tedenby, Josefson, Vasyunov, Elias (maybe). Sign solid goalie. Brodeur's era is over. Even better to trade him now, if someone take him.

He has 5 wins, 3 via shutout. I really dont think hes the problem this year and I honestly dont care if I am in the minority.
