I don't have a problem with it. They are accomplishments that are worthy of note. I've never agreed with the thought that the ONLY thing that should be celebrated is the final goal...there are good things they did last year that should be remembered. As long as they recognize that those are only steps to the larger prize, I think it is ok.

I think the banners are more for the fans, though. If I see rings on the players fingers that say SE Champs or Pres Trophy winners then I would worry.
