He wasn't performing. They signed him for his speed and big play ability and didn't show any signs of being the player he once was.

It actually helps him. He wasn't making this team and it gives him a chance to hook on with someone else before the rosters are set, if anyone is interested.

I dont think he ever came back thats the main reason I heard they cut him, he was suppose to come back today and never showed no call no show= cut

I dont think Stallworth makes it....I certainly hope not!!!! What has he shown? nothin really.....I would rather go with a younger guy with more upside and a chance to impove then an old receiver that has his best days clearly in his rearview mirror......

Hoping maybe Shanny is talking him up in hopes a team that needs a receiver will give us something for him...san Diego???
