I'm probably the ultimate critic of Quincey; but, I must admit that this was one of his best games ever in an the NHL. He saved our asses 3 times in game 7, where those particular situations would have turned the tide of the game significantly. Kyle, you stepped up tonight; thanks go out from every Wings fan across the globe.

And, to Jimmy, nothing more can be said for what you've achieved, but "Wow"; you were beyond spectacular - right Corey?

great series by the ducks, as much as i hate those fuckers, no team gets me excited like the ducks do, kind f like the avalanche back in the day.

Exactly ........ they're one of those teams you just hate losing to in the regular season or playoffs ...... but the games & series are the best.

Kyle Quincey story:
He was a King a few years ago.
My wife and I went on the "Kings Cruise" a three day booze cruise with players.
Kyle was traded days before the cruise. He still went. During one of the get togethers Teddy Purcell tells all the Kings fans that my wife is a Ducks fan. At dinner the next night Kyle shows up in a Ducks shirt ( I think he was traded to the Avs) and tells my wife that this was for her. I know he packed the shirt before we left but she liked him ever since

Hey Dave, does you wife jump on the Kings bandwagon now (or does she root against the Kings to keep the Stanley Cup count at 1-1)?

She will root for the Kings mildly. She has met most the players and staff. We even spent a day with Luc and the coaching staff. She will be happy if they win but will still remind me the Ducks won it first

Dave, the boys better keep a few bags of nickels handy in their gloves to make sure that Quick will stay protected. I saw that the U.S. treasury had a shipment of those coins sent to our organization just today so we could stock up around Jimmy's net.

Now, that the next round begins both the Kings and the Wings will have to face an added burden. The Kings will face the flop-a-mania each game, while the Wings will somehow have to offset the advantages that one of the biggest crybabies in the history of the leaguet from his crying, whenever any call doesn't go his way. Q-tears might just be on the rampage in this next round.

The Red Wings' young kids held their own against the Ducks. We might just call them the Kid Line, if there hadn't been a famous one in the NHL back in the day;so, let's call them the Young Nuisance Line, instead. Okay, boys, now it's time to put a few thorns in the sides of those Black Swacks. I hope the refs have plenty of kleenex ready for Q-tears when he starts crying about the calls.
