Which one would guys take?

I'm in a keeper league with 16 teams that has the option of putting im a 2nd QB. So its slim pickins at QB. I have got the #1 pick this year and just don't know who to take. Do you guys seeing either of these 2 being the QB of the future for either of these franchise?

I also thought of maybe selecting Fournette as you can also have 2 RBs in lineup as well. What do you guys think?

I would honestly take Fournette or Mixon. Maybe even Cook. Just not a fan of this year's QB class, and I think the RBs are strong.

Definitely Watson over Trubisky, maybe Maholmes over both. Maholmes won't start this year, but he is going to be the best of the bunch long term IMO.

Wait a second.

You only start 1 at each position with a superflex?

Bad year to have number 1 bro. Sorry about that. That makes it much tougher. Still don't like any of those QBs, but if you only start 1 RB....

Yeah its tough, I was looking into Maholmes too! I was trying to look to the future rather than what pays off now. Fournette should be the feature back, so he could be good for both the future and now I suppose.
Its just that QB is such a thin position in this league that its hard not to want to take one. I could always select Fournette and just cross my fingers that I might just be able to snag one of thos qbs with pick #2. Its a snake draft so I would have to wait out 31 more picks

See how much you can get for the first pick. Not sure how others value it, but I would see if someone wants to overpay.

.... if nothing happens, gimme Watson's upside, considering your lineup requirements.

Might be too late for a trade, draft starts tonight. Thanks for the input

Starting RB is Demarco Murray and my QBs are Bkake Bortles and Josh Mcown. You can see why QB is a concern

you still have to take a fournette, mixon , cook your call i prefer them in that order

you cant take a qb at #1

and personally id pick up henne, cover yourself for this year, and take the franchise RB, drop mccown........then work the waiver wire and trades for a qb later

I think that might be the direction I might have to take. My next pick wont be till 32nd overall but there is a chance that one of those 3 rookie QBs stays till then. Alot of guys in our league who already have 2 starting caliber QBs usually like to snag them for trade bait later

I can keep McCown for now. We also have 12 spots for the bench and I will most definitley try to pickup Henne a little later down the draft.

my thought is, if you have bortles and henne, you lock up the jacksonville QB situation, its not good but better than the jets, if bortles loses his job you have henne to start......and cna try and get someone else the rest of the year

I'd definitely try to trade down if you can. Any of fournette, Davis, cook, Mixon, and McCaffrey could be argued plus all 4 quarterbacks (yes Kizer is my favorite). If you can find a way too grab 2 of those 9 guys or 1 of them plus a vet to plug in your lineup id do that.

I wouldn't wait man.

Reports out of Jackson yesterday were that they might cut Bortles. If you can get Henne now, before the draft, you should do it. He is a likely starter and not terrible.

I agree %100 with everything that's been advised.

If got can't accomplish trading down, you've gotta go with one of the big 4 RB's, whichever you like the most (for me, Mixon, McAffrey, Fournette, Cook).

I also agree that Mahomes is likely the top QB tho item of this class, even if he doesn't get much action this season.

Id be hoping the Kizor falls to you in rd 2, maybe even take flyers on Beathard, and or Peterson.

And most definitely, go get Henne right now if you can
