I'm pretty sure it was Simmons, because I looked it up. (AFTER I guessed it, cause that's how a gentleman plays the game, Northeast).
Here's one .
Considered a very good defensive first baseman, winning 11 Gold Gloves in his career.
Not really a power hitter. More of a 12-15 homerun guy. Very good hitter with career .296 AVG and .384 OBP.
Received MVP votes 8 times and won 1 MVP trophy. 5 All Star Games.

That is cheating. If your initial "guess" is incorrect, you won't respond with that player. Then, you'll guess again, then look that player up. I can do that for a half hour until I find the right player. ROFL.

Well yeah, if you notice I'm not going for the highest percentage of correct guesses. I usually throw out a few names based on guys who I think it could be, which is what makes the game fun. I only look someone up after I have posted a guess and the guy who asked the question isn't around to tell me if it is right or not. Sometimes I will look up a piece of information which you'll notice I usually disclose afterward. I guess everyone has their own moral compass on how the game should be played. I have no problem sleeping at night--except when Omar's mom calls at 2:30 AM.
