I only know a handful of players from that era. I looked up outfielders with strong arms and lots of assists.
When you give clues to obscure players or even above average players in that era, a little homework is needed. By the way, his Nickname was PONY!

I gave you an honest response thus I am not a fraud. Most of my previous answers came from brain strain, clues and guesses. I suggest that you stop looking up players and stats that you already know is going to be difficult or next to impossible to solve!
