At least until his December 5th sentencing...
Patriots cornerback Alfonzo Dennard was back in a Nebraska court this morning.
Dennard admitted to violating his probation to the judge overseeing his probation revocation hearing, but he won't serve any additional jail time as a result, according to reporters from the Lincoln Journal Star who are on the scene. Dennard, who was at Lancaster County District Court, has been allowed to continue the terms of his two-year probation until his Dec. 5 sentencing.
Dennard was in court today because he was arrested in July for suspicion of driving under the influence. He told the judge today that he had two beers around 9 p.m. before driving his girlfriend's car four and a half hours later, when he was pulled over and arrested in Lincoln, Neb. The county subsequently pushed for the probation revocation hearing.
