I don't believe Todd's injury opens up a roster spot. He would have to go on IR for that to happen, and with only a 3-4 week injury that seems unlikely.

Nathan Jacobson was cut and Aaron Burbridge retired. So they had two roster spots.

Todd Davis counts against the roster. He’d have to be placed on IR or suspended list to not count against roster. Which he isn’t going on those or the PUB since he already practiced.
