I don't get it. So now it's illegal to hit in the upper part of the chest? Can someone please clarify where exactly the strike zone is please.
Or maybe the NFL should just make the rule "You can't hit a guy too hard" because that's all this looks like to me. It's just a matter of time before the NFL turns into flag football with the QB required to wear a skirt.
