Dean - I guess that you advocate the strategy of changing coaches, GMs, etc every few years and trying to con your fanbase by always stating that they are in rebuild mode. It will be great to once again see a carousel of QBs for years to come. "Winning in the offseason" - um - hmm - I guess not.
