Report: Former Washington wideout considering Nebraska | sports.omaha.com
“Nebraska is definitely a team I’m considering,” Stringfellow said told Husker Online. “I really liked Nebraska’s coaching staff and the family environment when they recruited me in high school. Right now I have a plan, but it’s not 100 percent. I’m just trying to finish off this last quarter here and then I’ll be focusing on where I’m going. As of right now I’m just focusing on finishing school out.”
According to police documents, Stringfellow and his UW teammate, quarterback and Denver-area native Cyler Miles, confronted fans at a celebratory bonfire, where Stringfellow to “intentionally touching” a woman taking pictures at the event “in a harmful manner.” An hour later, according to court documents, Stringfellow got out of a car and assaulted another Seahawks fan.
New UW coach Chris Peterson suspended Stringfellow and Miles, who was not charged in either case due to a lack of evidence. Last week, Miles was reinstated with the team. Stringfellow chose to transfer.
Bo needs to overlook his past just like he did with Lewis.
Ranked 10th in the country out of HS, played as a true frosh. Would have to sit out a year. We need him bad if Harrison chooses the majors.
He's been on an official to NU, so it's not like it would be out of left field for us to land him.
