I did notice that Lavi is giving Gill a few more looks. I've always loved Gill and really want him to make this team.

Wise of them to not cut Lauridsen. I know contracts say he shouldn't make the team, but the Flyers are for sure a better team when he's on the ice.

i really like bourdon, i think he'd definitely be in the competition for the 6/7 spots

I really like his shot from the point, I'm just concerned that he's too slow for a smallish player with limited stick reach.

Raffl is the better player both now and in the future, but they may think that some time in the AHL initially would benefit him in the long run. My guess though is that he stays and VandeVelde get sent down.

well, if they want to get Raffl some AHL time first, they can keep Laughton on the big club for 9 games and then send him back to juniors. Then call up Raffl. We shall see soon.

Thanks i could see that. i have to say though the last game i saw VandeVelde play he looked pretty good.
