Exactly the formula Mike Shanahan used to win 2 Super Bowls with Denver. Elway never won until he had Terrell Davis and a running game.

defense is playing like hot garbage , o/line isnt doing much in run game , and we cant convert on 3rd down

Gruden is the new kid on the block......besides he doesn't/ hasn't drafted this clusterfuk of an offensive line. Shanahan attempted to build this team in the image of the old AFC teams that he won win but lost with against NFC east powers who built their offensive lines with bigger more powerful guys as apposed to the pee wee Herman guys that Shanahan liked.
