I saw it coming. It's what we do on (pick one) Sunday Night, Monday Night, Thursday Night.

What a pathetic game ruined once again by flag happy refs. Easily 1/3 of those penalties were not penalties, both ways.

Why didn't Grudog challenge the DJax fumble? Looked to me like the ground did in fact cause the fumble, Steve Young saw it too.

I can't hate on Hopkins too badly, he can't make every kick. But he picked a Hell of a time for a returnable kickoff.

I think we need to stop with the idea that Crowder is our punt returner of the future. Lacks the speed to make things happen and fair caught with plenty of room.

Very dissapointed in the OL, youth and a bad center were exposed. Although the pass pro improved they just didn't block the Dallas LBs well. How many runs did we see were the RB got through a hole and it appeared to be a 5-6 yard run and them Bam he was stopped after 2 1/2.

Our team needs a Sean Lee, a LB who is all over the field making plays. I''ve felt that way all year.

There have been a few of us calling for impactful, difference makers for this team.

Just give it time. They will obtain those players over the next several years (already had one in Galette but unfortunately he was hurt). This is not a one year project. They will get there.

Huh? It was in the last two minutes of the game & cannot be challenged by a coach. Anyhow - it was automatically reviewed & they determined (correctly) that the ball came out before his knee hit the ground.

No excuses on this one - Jackson messed up but made up for it later. The Cowboys did what they needed to do on the final drive. The Cowboys simply beat the Redskins, and the Redskins just don't appear to be quite ready at this time. All part of rebuilding unfortunately.

Gave you a winner rating, but in all honesty there have been two of us here calling for those type players for years! Maybe 'cause we're old timers and want to see this team rise to prominence once more before our ticket is punched.

I understand but again you have to give it time. It would be foolish to have thought that this team would be legit contenders this season. You need to rein it in a bit. You can't change the past & if anyone wants them to make moves to rapidly get better - well - that is the old Snyder approach and clearly won't work. Again - give it time.

BTW - again - doesn't matter what we think - we don't run the team.

Perhaps but Jackson should know better. That was a very, very stupid play. Just run forward on punt returns. Don't pull a freaking Randle El & try to be clever.

Will Gruden address the fact that his brother doesn't like him very much? Jeez - I don't remember seeing a bigger Cowboys homer than Jon Gruden.

Why didn't Grudog challenge the DJax fumble? Looked to me like the ground did in fact cause the fumble, Steve Young saw it too.

I thought the fumble was caused after Jax hit the ground with the back of his hand. Which I thought meant the ground had caused it and it the Skins ball. It was still a stupid thing for Jax to do.

It happened with 1:47 left in the game. When the clock hits the 2 minute warning for half time and the end of the game. Teams/HCs can't challenge anymore. All challenges have to come from the replay booth within those 2 minutes. They looked at it though and confirmed it as a fumble.

I can't hate on Hopkins too badly, he can't make every kick. But he picked a Hell of a time for a returnable kickoff.

some comparison

DH - 55 KOs for 3346 for a 60.8 avg, 36 touch backs, 1 OB (out of bounds?) 16 ret for 291 yards or 18.1 per ret
KF - 28 KOs for 1858 for a 66.4 avg, 11 touch backs, 0 OB, 17 ret for 443 yards or 26 yd per ret gotta take into account that Kai's kicking in perfect conditions in a dome.

DH is 21/24 FGs with a 54 yd long and 2/4 on 50 + yarders
KF is 3/5 FGs with a 57 yd long and 2/2 on 50 + yarders and that 57 yd he kicked against Houston in Hou

I think we need to stop with the idea that Crowder is our punt returner of the future. Lacks the speed to make things happen and fair caught with plenty of room.

Roberts has already busted as a returner, but what about Ross?

Very dissapointed in the OL, youth and a bad center were exposed. Although the pass pro improved they just didn't block the Dallas LBs well. How many runs did we see were the RB got through a hole and it appeared to be a 5-6 yard run and them Bam he was stopped after 2 1/2.

The TEs didn't block well either. Its not gonna happen, but I'd like to see the Skins to go back to an I with DY as FB. Not only is he the Skins best skill position blocker. He's also a good pass catcher out the backfield.

If Gruden doesn't wanna use the I formation. He needs to take a look at DY as a TE. He'd instantly be the best blocking TE on the team and I bet only Reed has better receiving skills than DY among the TEs.

Our team needs a Sean Lee, a LB who is all over the field making plays. I''ve felt that way all year.

Yeah, the kid is a baller. That play where he peeled back and tackled Jamison preventing JC from getting a 1st down was the shit. Aside from injury concerns, Lee has no weakness and I wouldn't be surprised it was him or Dez who was the most all around talented player on the Boys.

This quote from Chris Thompson exemplifies what we all saw. Boys knew what was coming. Predictability. No tendency breakers.

Not sure Ross has the quicks to be a good punt returner. Often they are 2 different skills and his straight line speed is what makes him a pretty good kickoff guy.
