Firing RR right after the game makes zero sense and is a bad look, especially when past precedent suggests that firing coaches 24 hours later is accepted practice.

He might not even fire RR on black Monday and instead issue some public letter thanking RR for his service, and allow RR to resign gracefully sometime next week.

That would be the classiest move Harris could do, which would represent a departure from the way business was done in the past.
