Keenen'roberson played olb and de at texas so I just think hay why can't jenkins play mlb'just like robertson

Because Jenkins and Robinson have completely different skill sets. Jenkins is a pass rush specialist converted from playing defensive end in college, same as Orakpo and Kerrigan. Robinson is an OLB in a 4-3 scheme, and in the 3-4 he is an interior linebacker because he's not a pass rusher. Jenkins and Robinson aren't even remotely similar players.
