bunch of asinine posts here; doesn't surprise me...At any rate; great game from the two teams that has proven to be the best in CBB. It's a shame there is just one team cutting down the nets as both teams are winners.

Both teams are winners? UCONN handled UK the entire game. Not shit talking, just wondering about that statement. It's not like there was a dozen lead changes....there wasn't even one.

Well I hate Uconn with a passion but they played one hell of a tournament so hats off to them. Napier is one heck of a player and made Kentucky's "superstars" look like 5th graders

I think it would have been more interested had SMU won the NIT. SMU swept UConn this yr. Got screwed out of a NCAA berth. Would have been great to see SMU kids wearing faux National Chmapionship shirts and hearing the digs coming out of Larry Brown

Yep....Hat's off to UConn. As far as I'm concerned, they came out of nowhere and played one hell of a tournament.

And the same could be said for UK. At one point in the year, it looked like they could be NIT bound again.....but the change happened and they put it together at the right time.
