Yea, since C. Long got thrown out of the Panthers game, had his contract re-configured to accommodate the Rams cap issues, and the fact that he gets double and triple teamed on most downs, C. Long has had a tough year and has not played to the level of Quinn.

I sense some sarcasm in that statement retro!! I hate to disagree, but it is Quinn that has been getting the double and triple teams for the last month. No doubt that Chris Long is a top 10 DE as well, but Quinn has had his coming out party this season and it could culminate in the NFL Defensive Player of the Year award..

lets not forget Retro, Long gets the proverbial offsides penalty at least once a game; it never fails. Long reminds me of Grant Wistrom, high motor guy just more talented.
