I have no hair left. Surprised I did not wake up my wife last night.

I woke up the whole house during a MNF game a few years ago. One of my pet peeves when watching football is on special teams when a punt returner doesn't field the punt and doesn't let the teams unit know to get the hell away from the ball. So, Denver and NE are playing and it went to overtime and they punt and Welker calls everyone off, then changes his mind and tries to field it and fumbles and new England gets the ball in fg range to win it. I start screaming and cussing up a storm, talking shit about Welker's mother and everything. I hear my daughter's bedroom door open down the hall and I yell, in a not-so-sincere way "I'm sorry!" and her door closes. The next morning was a little awkward, but my wife knows me. My roommate (my best friend and his wife rent out our basement) actually said that he knew exactly what happened on the play, just because he has heard me yell about it in games where Denver isn't even playing and knows how much it gets on my nerves.

It's about time the refs and the NFL start calling these blatant push offs, and call them offensive PI like they should be. It's so pathetic. Happens multiple times at crucial moments in every game and I rarely see it called... joke.

....next play, defensive PI... sure, the corner came in contact with the receiver, but the ball was uncatchable to that receiver, unless the defender just stops running... is that what the NFL is looking for????

I have a theory about that.
Borders on a conspiracy theory.
But why would the Sox go nuts to improve their team?
Sox fans may be loyal, but you won't see them at the ballpark.
Why improve a team for a fanbase that won't show up?
