Well, as we all know, there is lots of room for Griff to improve.
Not an overall glowing report, but we are well aware of the limitations we saw last year from QB play.

Only on designed runs (an example being read option runs) was Griffin the most effective in comparison to the other QBs studied. Contrary to popular belief, he only ran them 42 times last year. But from the article:
Griffin takes far too many punishing hits, especially at the end of runs in mildly critical situations (like, say, a 3rd-and-6 early in the first half). He’s been taught to protect himself, but the execution is not natural.
