Now he has a career winning record , his stats are good , and he was hindered by Nagy so why can’t we pick him up cheap and draft a qb ? Seems like a perfect bridge qb who is young with little investment

Ok, I'll give you the Nagy reasoning, but if his stats translate into his viability, then why wasn't he a target for QB needy teams, once he became available?

According to some here, his development, like prior QB's here is primarily his responsibility. (I don't agree) Trubisky is now 27 years old, having not developed and would require time to go through the highs and lows that comes with young developing QB's instead of a 27 year old who should already be "that guy."

Washington is going to do whatever they want to address the QB position, but if it is this guy, they must be prepared for another 7-10 or 8-9 type finish in 2023.

Perhaps he is just like Jim Plunkett , after the 49ers he was thought to be a lost cause then he goes to the raiders and 2 Super Bowls

Perhaps!!

I can be persuaded so convince me that the current Washington team is on par with the Marcus Allen led offensive Oakland Raiders!!

Oh they are not however Trubisky is being asked to be a place holder not a super bowl contender . I will bet all of Chiller’s money the commies will not get AR , DW , RW , or Carr . The will swing and miss like Dave “ King Kong “ Kingman

I will test your baseball knowledge

I remember Kingman, Big dude, same stature as Frank Howard without the girth. He had similiar numbers too and a huge strike zone as well... Like Howard he fanned a lot but when he got hold of one that baby sailed!

RR addressing the locker room... " Hey guys, I know that you are all expecting to win and etch your names into NFL lore, but we got this guy as a place holder and you're just gonna have to wait until the guy that we really have confidence in is ready to go.Now, some of you won't be here by the time we are ready to be contenders, and you'llet waste another year from your short careers, but l'lI still expect maximum effort from you guys this year. For those of you already shaking your heads, this is a do as I say not what I do moment! Alright everybody in, commanders on three"

I have daughters, thus I dont have any money.

I do have attitude though.

Want some attitude, skinsdad? How about a cold glass of shut the fuck up?

That wasnt me talking, mind you. That was the attitude. You know, from one of my daughters.

Marcus Willimas is the only one of that list I would want. Why on earth would we overpay for a TE when we have Thomas and Bates? Plus, we could sign back RSJ. The OGs on that list are not an upgrade then what we already in Wes.

skinsdad do you do Young for R. Wilson straight up trade?

I’d do that trade, but they’d want more than that

If McCain doesn't sign, I would go after FS Bates from Cincinnati.
