The first one I checked was from Athlonsports....which was quoting Bleacher Report...which is worthless. It said.

"If Cooper prefers to play with a young quarterback like Josh Allen, the Washington Commanders could be an option if the interest is mutual. Could be interested and could sign are two different things. Not that hard to tell the difference.
