I think the coach lost touch with his players and made a stand on something foolish . I where my hat forward all the time but I ain’t having a cow if someone where’s it backward . Vince Lombardi was surprisingly, how do you say it , hip ? With his players even though he was demanding . Players played loud music , he accepted gays , and he took a liking to the wild Sonny . A good leader recognizes informal leaders and uses them to advance the mission . EB didn’t
