It is kinda funny because both teams had miracle playoff runs that masked how deeply flawed they truly are/were.

I mean, if it weren't for the delay due to COVID, the Canucks likely don't even make the play-in round before going on their run in the Edmonton bubble. Then it was Vezina-quality goaltending from Markstrom and Demko that propelled them despite getting heavily outshot in the majority of games.

Montreal squeaked into the playoffs in a bad division and should have been eliminated by the Leafs.

you nailed it dash. I didnt think they were a playoff team in the bubble and we got lucky with covid and a play in against a average team.

we were then fooled by stellar goaltending. man how that can save a coach and GM .....

this team is an absolute debacle. I expected them to be improved and just miss the playoffs but this is just garbage.
