Injuries happenI am very disappointed in/about Dotson.
Ahh, then WTF did you put it in the damn contract you ass backwards workin clown.doubling down on stupid
Yeah ... i know. It is better to get him right then play him.Injuries happen
Rivera is all over the board. Hope he is gone at years end.Ahh, then WTF did you put it in the damn contract you ass backwards workin clown.
I just hope that Dan/Tanya learns from this and hires somebody with SOME front-office experience. Dan will probably keep Rivera around or hire another coach-centric style team to run the show. This was always my concern with Rivera. He literally had ZERO experience. How in the world was that never brought up as a concern???Ahh, then WTF did you put it in the damn contract you ass backwards workin clown.
Deserves got nothin to do with it, If everybody got what they deserved. We'd all be fucked.Sam Howell could solve a lot of problems if he can actually be the guy moving forward.
You get a QB on a 5th round rookie pay scale.
Allows you to draft a CB in the 1st and a guard in the 2nd.
Allows you to move on from Fuller without having to spend big in FA on a corner to replace him.
Clears a path to re-sign Payne.
It would be so nice if Howell can be the guy. We deserve a little luck.
Well past their prime HCs of another era. Or extremely raw n inexperienced, still wet behind the ears. That's the two types of HCs Snyder has hired. Until I see that he's broken that trend. I have no reason or belief that he will.I just hope that Dan/Tanya learns from this and hires somebody with SOME front-office experience. I think you are spot on with the "falling just short of the playoffs" comment. I bet we are 8-9 with a loss win Week 17 to DAL.Deserves got nothin to do with it, If everybody got what they deserved. We'd all be fucked.
And wishing for that luck. The Skins got luck. It's just all bad. I do know what you mean, but this is how their luck works.
RR will flip back to Wince after 5 weeks or so and the Skins will rack up a win here, a win there and tantalize fans like dean with making the playoffs., but don't quite make it. RR will realize taylor is what he is and will hedge his bets retaining Wince and drafting a QB with the Skkins 1st rd pk. Both he and Wince will play parts of the 20233 season. Meanwhile, Howell who never played a down during the 2022 season or the present 2023 season will feel justifiably slighted for not getting a single opportunity to play any ball during the last 2 seasons and ask to be trasded. RR tells him to shop himself around and see what pops up. A deal is struck, the Skins trade Howell for a 6th rd pk. The starting QB of that team blows out a knee and Howell gets his 1st c hance to play football in well over a year. The kid's a natural ballin 9000 so hard that its not even a question if he's gonna be his new team's starter to open up the 2024 season. Meanwhile back at Redskins HQ. RR is getting fired and the new coahing styaff is making arrangements to do what in the 2024 draft. That's right folks....draft another QB with the highest pick they have that year.
And that my friend is what is called Washington luck.
If they draft a QB in the first two rounds, no way they bring back Wentz.Deserves got nothin to do with it, If everybody got what they deserved. We'd all be fucked.

Agreed. it was a panic move but one I understand. No one of substance is signing here unless they severely overpay. So the only choice I can assume from RR is that he needed to trade for a QB. Most of us didn't like it and it was the wrong move but I feel like at this point it is beating a dead horse 6 ft under.wince being a on year rental for 2 3rd round picks is horrible business
