Some of you like Marriota but I don't think he or Bridgewater will be there. Let's keep an eye on these guys and the defenses they face. Anyone on the west coast, please chime in on Hundley and Carr.

I'm watching Florida Georgia now and I never really could figure out why I don't like Aaron Murray until today.
Even if he's accurate on his passes, his arm strength is nada.. I don't think he will be much better than Jimmy Clausen.
And some of you remember how much I liked Jimmy Clausen. Lol

Todd Gurley on the other hand... Hello. Nice RB that will have a nice career without Injuries.

Taj Boyd had a nice day today.

And just like tebow Murray always finds a way to win, I wouldn't mind picking him up in the 3-5 range although he won't last that long

If you like your QB throwing floaters, Murray's your guy.
He won't be able to make those soft throws in the NFL where the windows for WRs close much faster.

And Tebow is 225lbs and can get you 2-3 yards. Tebow also won a few national championships, won a conference championship and a NFL playoff game. Aaron Murray has beaten Florida and has ZERO championships.

Comparing Murray and Tebow is like comparing shit and runny shit.

SJ76, I love your comparison using defication as the metaphor, Lol!!! Uh, Tebow is bigger than that. He is around 245 since he has been in the NFL. Would that not be interesting if we went with Tebow and say Hundley next year?

Yeah Timmah:gaah: was around 225 in college. 240 is too big for a QB his height. But the kid did win. At every level he played at.

Retro did you see the Sammy Watkins highlights today? He caught a deep pass and took it to the house - 96 yard TD. Caught it, turned on the jets and was gone. AND the guy has size too. He's one of the best WRs to come out since AJ Green.

And Im not sure if Manziel doesn't throw floaters too. I like his toughness, it's actually a lot like Tebow in college.
He can scramble, but look at Vick in Philly.

NFL is a much faster game than college. Which is why I like MMarriota a lot. But unless Jax and Tampa start winning, we won't be able to draft him.

Duke Johnson and Devonte played youth football together and against each other in High school.

That's awesome.

James Wilder jr looking tough too. I would love to see 2 of the 3 in a Rams uni.

Thoughts on Braxton Miller and Mannion? They might be available after the 2nd round (if they come out). Mannion's had a rough couple of weeks against solid competition though.

Carr's the best QB in the draft.

Not sure about Carr. He looks good but the teams he has played don't impress me yet. Mannion had a total of 2 TDs and 3 INTs against Stanford and USC. Haven't seen much of either of the. To be honest.

Braxton seems like he has a lot, but like Stephen Morris... His accuracy is my question. Morris has a hell of an arm and speed. If someone could get a hold of this kid, look out.

I did see the Wadkins blast to the house, SJ76! Un-freakin'believable!! And you are absolutely right about this guy. If the Rams could just have a draft of Matthews, Wadkins, in the first and say Morris or Hudley in the second or even finangle to get Dix in the first, I'd be in hog heaven.

I doubt if the Rams would be able to select MMarriota with the other selections I mentioned but it is entirely doable to select Matthews and Wadkins in the first and then take Freeman and Morris or Hundley in the second. That would be an awesome draft!!!

Based on where it looks like we will stack up, we will end up with either Matthews or Lewan as an OT and either Watkins,Lee or Evans as a WR in the 1st round. I say we need to draft a QB, but we can address that in the 3rd round IMO.... lots of options will be available there.

JFF! I love Johnny Friggin Football. The dude is pure entertainment and is electricity in a bottle. I'd be all over it if the Rams went after him.

As far as a WR goes, Sammy Watkins is a stud. Another guy I have my eye on is Mike Evans. He may not leave after this season but would be eligible to after redshirting 2011. Drafting him and JFF would be loads of fun.

Mariotta- If he is on the board it is a no brainer. If he is gone or doesn't come out i would wait and take a shot with someone else like a Mettenberger or Carr in the next round

I do think we have to draft a OT regardless Mattews ,Lewan, Kouandjio then we can move J.Long to RT

I do like Watkins,Lee then Evans in that order but if Louis Nix is on the board as a defense guy it would be hard for me to pass on a guy like that

Bridgewater-will be gone number one anyway

Mariotta-best QB regardless

Hundley-like NBA with him think he can be great a little overrated

Manziel & Boyd-are in the same boat for me. I wouldn't take either one with the Rams first rounder

Mettenberger or Carr in the 2nd round is abtter deal than Manziel and Boyd in the first

Morris & Murray forget it i'll pass on both

You know, more I look at these 2.. Please tell me the difference of Johnny Football and Tebow.

Both college icons and I don't think Johnny will be as good in the NFL. Better than Tebow probably, but not a force like he is in college. I could be wrong.
