Texas Jefe
Come and take it
they confused the hell out of me...been looking for this damn race, and it's on tonight?
okay
okay
The diarrhea mouth line-up NBC has will fill in the time between now and when it stops raining and they dry the track. I doubt if I stick around for the duration.
Good, I kin finish wartchin chic's futbol and then get a full race.
Not sure how many ppl will. Tomorrow is a work day. Can't see ppl hanging around the track for a race that will nearly finish at 1 AM.
Very stupide decision to run this race on a Sunday Night
Exactly why there should never be a race on Sunday night unless the Monday is a holiday. NASCAR is so dumb
Having the race the night of the 4th of July is ratings suicide.
The last prime time Monday night race at Daytona turned out to be pretty cool.
Yall are really grasping here for something to bitch about.
"Yeah, let's have one of our biggest events of the season right when people are out seeing fireworks for the 4th of July celebration. That's fucking genius"
I for one appreciate the race being moved to tonight. I wouldn't have been able to watch last night because like every other red blooded American, I was getting drunk and shooting off fireworks.
Rain happens. Man can't control weather. And rain tires at oval tracks with banking aren't practical.
Could have ran the race on Friday night also. Good luck getting ratings tonight for a race that is going to start close to 10 PM EST on a Sunday Night or tmr at 12 PM when everyone is at work. I'm sure those ratings would be amazing
When has a Cup race ever been ran on a Friday night? Never?
And tomorrow's race will likely be primetime.
Point is yesterday wasn't the first time ever fourth of July fell on a Saturday.....but somehow every other time it fell on a Saturday they still ran the race on Saturday with no issues but for whatever reason this year when it fell on a Saturday it was the biggest issue ever
These ratings are going to be shit lmao. Nascar fails at everything
