I'll be around more seasonal layoff for two weeks.To be honest I needed this break after spending 8 hrs yesterday using my legs as a jack for three pieces of steel that weighed about 300 odd a piece while I welded them I'm mods feeling like I was beaten by thors hammer

(for you younger folks... a "video store" is where your mommy's and daddy's would go to rent VHS tapes to use in their VCR's to watch Hollywood releases in the comfort of their own homes. Eventually these 'VHS' tapes were replaced by the precursors of what you now know as 'blu-ray' discs. The 'back section' of the video store was the ancestor of internet pron, and usually came with black plastic bags instead of the standard checkout bags. It's where you were always nervous to run into your neighbor/teacher/priest while browsing.)

I was able to get a nitrogen gas cylinder, and I was able to put the regulators on it and the carbon dioxide, but I couldn't find any of the correctly sized connectors or adapters to connect the gas lines to the regulators.


This experiment is a pain...

I was getting a bunch of body-mass measurements taken for a medical database that they are putting together ( BC Generations Project Home - Cancer Prevention Research ), and the woman doing the testing says to me: "You have the highest bone density I have ever measured."

not sure why, but I kind of took it as a complement. lol.
