since the start of summer, Vancouver has had temps rise above 25 degrees celsius (78 degrees F) for a whopping total of 2 hours

looking outside my window I can report the weather today is "grey"

I biked 4.11 miles to work this morning. It's humid. I, too, am drenched in sweat.

I cant post youtube vids, but I highly recommend checking out the band Dredg. I've grown tired of extreme metal lately, not that I dislike it, just all sounds the same lately. I've been on an alt. rock, prog rock kick. Dredg is truly awesome, very well thought out and compsed music. Not overly technical, and the lyrics are very intelligent. I'm listening to the song "Zebraskin" right now, check it out.

Also aside from them, I mentioned them in another thread but Australia has some real awesome talent there as well. Check out Karnivool and Dead Letter Circus.
