I had a delicious chicken steak grinder with buffalo cheese, lettuce, tomato and japs. Little bit of mayo, bbq sauce and hot sauce. Holy god, it is heaven on a sub.

Lol, today is my final day to enjoy garbage. I really need to begin a fitness/nutrition routine. Starting tonight when I finally hit the gym, lol.

I need to go back to eating like 6-8 small servings and no more big meals.

This station is awesome, so many bands I haven't heard of. This band, Riverside, is awesome. Very mellow, but moving. Kind of industrial, but not cheesy at all. Pandora is the shit.

These guys are from Poland, just looked into their stuff... I really liked it. You should check it out, you may like it.

The song I heard was "Dna ts. Rednum or F.Raf", not sure what the fuck that means, but it was an awesome song.

I do like an awful lot of American food. I could easily live in LA for my culinary needs.

Burgers - In 'n' Out. California and surrounding states
Steaks - we lost our Morton's a couple of years ago. Still good ones around, but it's not the same
Salads - Can't beat a fresh Cobb Salad, and CA seems the place to get them. Even at a casual place like the Daily Grill.
Mexican - I just can't find good Mex anywhere up here. Even a simple place like Paquito Mas.. so fresh, so good.
Japanese - Nobu or Katsuya, and call it a day. We have good japanese up here, too.
Chinese - OK, we have among the best Chinese food in the world, and LA's sucks (Mr. Chow? really?)
Pizza - I have yet to find a great pizza in LA. that could be a dealbreaker.

Morton's has the best Chicago style bone-in ribeye. I cant afford to go there anymore though. I already sold both my testicles and my left kidney for a few dates there.
