I had season tickets to the Express back when I was down there. I also have skated and played with (and fought) some of those guys, about 7-8 years ago. I held my own too.

I probably convincingly won about a third, lost about a third and drew about a third.

I broke a kids leg, a couple of noses and a cheekbone on a guy. In return, i have broken both hands, a couple of ribs and my nose in fights.

I would guess somewhere around 50 fights total. I did it a lot coming into new leagues, but was a captain on most teams so didn't have to do it as much. I was also a defenseman, so with only 6 skating, it was better to let others. A couple of seasons, I had a 6'5", 255 pound marine who couldnt skate to well on my team. he used to just go around at full speed running people (couldn't really stop). It was fun having him around.
