If the government passed a law that said no company can employ more than 2,500 people, wouldn't that...

• Reduce supply chain problems by spreading industries across many companies.
• Allow more people to own companies and be managers.
• Allow fewer people to have to feel like cogs working for giant corporations.
• Reduce the number of multi-billionaires excessively hoarding money and shoving their inane vanity projects in our faces.
• Eliminate our need to provide corporate bailouts for companies "too big to fail."
• Reduce monolithic industry practices that are harmful to communities they are disconnected from.

I'm not saying it would solve all problems, but wouldn't it make for a much better society to live in with better economic outcomes while still preserving capitalism?

I watched "We Crashed" last week and it just makes me sad that someone can create a terrible company on a nothing idea (add a kambucha bar and buy better light fixtures to the office? really?) that never makes any profit makes that person worth $1.5 billion. Sickening.

Matt Gaetz said something about prioritizing formula for people receiving public assistance "unfairly discriminates against hard working families". But that may have been a different bill related to what to do with the stuff Biden is trying to get from other countries.
