They quickly put up barriers around the court last night. Seems to me that these organizations should realize that if they have to put up barriers to protect them from the people they serve, maybe they are doing something wrong.

Point 1) Grey area, I guess. especially if the document was not classified it would not be protected by law.

Point 2) No, it isn't illegal for someone like Huckabee to call for people's death or to present his opinions as fact as long as he pretends he is reporting news thanks to Reagan's destruction of the media Fairness Doctrine.

Point 3) Totally not illegal to barricade federal buildings when the people inside do stuff that makes people want to burn it down.

I think it’s much more likely one dumb staffer who galaxy brained this but I’d easily believe that the DNC started panicking about basically all the news being bad for them right now and figured they could get a few more months of campaigning on this issue to really get things going and shout over the other stuff.

Sad but I wouldn't be shocked if this wasn't a leak from one of the 5 who are for this or leaked from a conservative. There are pro's to them getting this out early to show this was an early draft and have since then pulled back from of the findings. This would then hamper any DNC momentum gained from this.

Sad but I wouldn't be shocked if this wasn't a leak from one of the 5 who are for this or leaked from a conservative. There are pro's to them getting this out early to show this was an early draft and have since then pulled back from of the findings. This would then hamper any DNC momentum gained from this.

It could also be someone who is seeing information regarding the sedition and insurrection cases and is reaching for the brass ring, knowing the end is nigh. Throw it out and hope it sticks.

So, I went out an voted in Ohio's Primary. One of the neat things about Ohio is you can ask for any ballot you want in a primary. I can ask for and vote as a republican which gives me the chance to vote against crazy twice. There is a downside that it leads to a lot of mail, but fire pit season is upon us and I need the fuel. But it's weird, I didn't see a JD Mandel. Trump didn't tell me what to do if I was confused by something, so I just voted for the guy whose name sounds like someone I went to high school with.

I was easily the youngest person in the room by a good 20 years and I am old. These old bitches don't care about the future because they won't be around to see it. They just want to throw down pain and hellfire on all those damn kids and their facetubes, self checkouts and tock tocks.

I did get to see a skinhead walk in though. Full uniform, combat boots, cargo pants, shaved head and a black coat with a Celtic Cross. It is a bit alarming to me that my vote only exists to cancel out his.

Also learned that my neighbor across the street is running for office at the county level. At first I was offended that she never came over to tell us, but then I remembered that my oldest has a rainbow flag in her window and my youngest once helped her take groceries out of her car while wearing her Black Lives Matter mask. I guess she figured I was a lost vote. I was, as it turns out. And I will be another one if she wins the primary.
