Call me crazy, but peaceful protestors and launching gas canisters at police don't seem to gel :noidea:

Talk about scary....

If I had to guess, I'd say they're not opposed to Griswold per se, but rather that Griswold was the first case to enumerate the right of privacy that later formed the foundation for Roe, Lawrence, and Obergefell.

They love to point to the fact that privacy, abortion, etc. are not words explicitly used in the Constitution/BoR (I guess some of them learned hot to Ctrl+F), while choosing to ignore the 9th, 14th and over a century of legal jurisprudence and multiple centuries of common law.

Catching up. Making individual posts instead of one gino(u)rmous one.

Wouldn't it have been a lot easier to clear them out by announcing a huge Hot Pockets sale going on up in the Northwest Territories?

the law seems pretty clear
(a) Whoever, being an officer, employee, contractor, or consultant of the United States, and, by virtue of his office, employment, position, or contract, becomes possessed of documents or materials containing classified information of the United States, knowingly removes such documents or materials without authority and with the intent to retain such documents or materials at an unauthorized location shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for not more than five years, or both.

add it to the pile
Well, it doesn't say President, just officer. And the President has the ultimate authority, amirite?

I can play the Q game, too.
