So much for Putin would have never done this if I was President - You are now President and he continues to attack Ukraine.

^Liberal beta doesn't understand. The bad parts of the missile attack are Biden's fault. The good parts are because of Trump.

Furthermore do we really need more electricians and plumbers? I have never had an issue finding someone to do that work when I need it. The problem I did have? Being able to see a doctor when my chest started hurting to find out I had pneumonia.

And at that point, I would not have cared if the doctor who did see me was in full on drag regalia. Of course, I wouldn't care about that on a normal checkup. But still.
We have a health care professional shortage up here in the Great White North as well, they are loosening up some of the restrictions and expediting relocation efforts to work up here.

I've always said close 50 law schools and open 50 more medical schools. That would be a better balance of societal needs. It's hard to believe we only have 155 schools producing MDs.

But the reality is we should be valuing all professions, education programs, universities, etc. Doctors at Harvard and farmers in Iowa both work very hard at their job and all are important to our society. Speaking of which...

I'm all about using the internet to learn things and seeking out good sources of knowledge. I really enjoy the Wired ____ Support series where they have a topic and have an expert answer questions in the _______ area of the day.

Sometimes the topics cover some already known facts/information for a well educated viewer, but I feel like I always learn some new things along the way and it's interesting to take a deep dive. They have a TON of these.

Here's an example with Farm Support, one vid in the series I particularly enjoyed.

If you haven't seen them, congrats. You just found hours of time absorbing, nutrient dense educational content.

Without even going into the investment qualities (or lack thereof) of bitcoin.....
What kind of absolute moron would invest through a grifter's platform to get access to something you can buy directly.

Never mind, I know the answer.

But wow.

Hey Chatddd, what is the Vitamin K conspiracy?
Vitamin K that is routinely administrated to newborns will KILL THEM! I believe and so does my supreme leader Trump believe that the injection is unnecessary or potentially harmful. The babies are naturally born with low Vitamin K levels for a reason. PROTECT MY BABIES....JESUS, GUNS, BABIES!

The pharmaceutical industry profits from the widespread use of the shot. Mind CONTROL!

However, medical professionals widely recommend Vitamin K shots for newborns to prevent a rare but potentially life-threatening bleeding disorder called Vitamin K Deficiency Bleeding (VKDB). FAKE NEWS!

The American Academy of Pediatrics has supported this practice since the 1960s. Some parents who refused the shot have faced investigations for medical neglect. FREE THEM NOW like all my patriots on Jan 6th!

There are also myths surrounding Vitamin K that it is good for you. NO it is bad for you!

Would you like more details on the medical perspective or the arguments against it? MAGA RULES!

The dude's brain has turned to mayonnaise...

I did not find this one as bad as others. She had a thick accent so it was probably harder for his pea brain to determine what her question was

what I find just the worst is he goes into these like KKKaroline on the offensive and ready for a fight. They are aggressive from the start and have no intention of actually A - answering actual questions or B - telling the truth anyway. I am not sure why he even has these anymore

Maybe his shenanigans will actually get some regulations brought down on encryption keys.

I mean "coins"

Meh, you're giving him way too much credit - He clarified it a couple of times and still his brain couldn't process it. French accent be damned, his brain is shot.

Bellingham, Washington mayor and city council begging Canadians to resume heading south to buy gas and milk in garbage bags

not happening
View attachment 398577

But since U.S. President Donald Trump started threatening and imposing tariffs on Canada and travellers have reported being detained at the border, there's been a notable drop in visitors heading south in recent months, according to Statistics Canada.

they do know this is about more than just tariffs, The US government is corrupt, lawless, volatile and can not be trusted. Last thing I want to do is cross that border and get a border guard on a maga power trip and it' a nightmare.

That one is different. Buying his meme coins is a direct bribe.
Investing in an intermediary platform to buy something readily available is dim on a whole other level.

you just never know what youre gonna get lol

when we went to renew my sons nexus 2 weeks ago it ended up being quite non eventful which was good ... there was no pre cdn border checkpoint set up on that particular Friday afternoon that we drove back.

However, the interview my son did with the US border guy at the office was just weird. He asked my son if he had ever gone into secondary screening when crossing the border and he said no and the border agent said "well you will be sent in for secondary for sure in the future ... be ready for it" ... like what the fuck lmao ??? was wondering if he was gonna pull a $20 bill out and waive it in front of his crotch

Theyve got the weird setup in Birch Bay square at the office ... its like a bank with cubicle type desks ... when the US portion of the interview was over he told my son he now had to do the Canadian portion of the interview with the CBSA agent who was sitting right next to him in the next cubicle to the right* ... we moved over sideways 2 steps and the CBSA agent looked at us and rolled her eyes as if to say Im sorry you had to deal with that guy :pound:

* fyi nexus offices are only in USA because the US border agents wanted to carry fire arms in Canadian offices and the cdn govt said no so those offices all closed

I think I still have a few years left before I need to renew my Nexus, so I'm good there. But honestly, what's the point of having Nexus if you're just going to get sent to secondary inspection anyway?

I used to have a regular agent I’d go to because she loved my job as a mortician and always wanted to hear ghost stories whenever I crossed. She told me, “Look for my blonde hair—and if I see you go through without visiting me, you're going to secondary.” She always said it with a chuckle, but now I think she actually meant it!
