I'll tell you who on this list. Makes the most sense to me.
Brian Flores.
Now just hear me out on this one.
A. The Chargers brought in Moore to be the offensive guru. While I may disagree, they believe it.
However cant see him just jumping to HC with so little experience.
B. When Flores was the HC of the dolphins. He did way better than any should have expected considering what the dolphins had done to that roster. With the Chargers needing so serious coaching help on Defense, you get a good HC & one that knows defense as well.
Also you would be allowed to retain Kellen Moore as OC without rocking the boat.

Some high profile coach like Harbaugh or some of the others. Will bring all their own people. Moore would be gone.

To me. Flores would make the most sense.

Flores wouldn't even be on my back-up, emergency, interview-only list. The stories that came out of Miami were dreadful. You can't have your HC and starting QB NOT be on speaking terms. Tagovailoa supposedly turned down the offensive team captain role because he couldn't stand to be in the same room as Flores. Flores cut the nuts off his GM. Flores had no interest or input into the offense. He micro-managed the defense and that's where all the time and resources went. As a HC he's a cancer. Unequivocal no.

my favorite moment was when you guys fired Marty Schottenheimer after he finished the season 8-3. Not sure you had a real HC since. (to lazy to look it up)
