As much as Marvin Lewis wants to talk about his teams being too nice, that is also an extension from the top down. Teams that have the killer instinct that Lewis talked about post game are decisive late in the second quarter on when to run their two-minute drill and also come out strong in the third quarter instead of being outscored 33-0 over the past four games.
