Birdman really hasn't been effective now for a while.
He was a boost for the Heat for the last couple seasons because he brought high energy to a team that often played lazy.
This years Heat team tries hard.
They just aren't that talented.

Anyway, Riley will do nothing to help James unless he feels it helps him much more.

Exactly I wouldn't be opposed to trading those 2 guys. I just don't think pat will trade them to Cleveland and he's definitely not trading them for draft picks. He will trade them for actual nba players

They would help somewhat because they can spell starters 10-15 minutes a game and somewhat hold their own.
Cavs bench is looking way below average so far ( as expected).

I'm sure he'll be back once they actually start winning. Which they will. Funny how he had so much to say when Lebron returned, but now that things aren't looking too good, he's nowhere to be found.

I honestly am not surprised, in general, because Heat fans just lived through this.

I've seen up close and personal how bad EVERY team wants to beat any James' team.

Ethan Skolnick tweeted about this, it is in the article. He is a heat reporter. But really good and really reliable. If he is saying there is interest there, then there is interest. Whether Miami acts on it or not is up to Riley and the Cavs. I wouldn't be against trading players not named Wade or Bosh, but as BK put it, we would have to get actual NBA players not draft picks.
