It is not too bad.
They have really been pushing "CLEVELAND" instead of indians for over a decade now in preparation.
TV announcers and print media almost never use the mascot word.....so people have gotten used to it.

They only changed 3 letters into 4 letters, and did not even change the syllables/phonetic pacing.
The colors and writing style almost looks the same as well.

They can probably salvage 80% of their merchandise.
They wont even have to change the away jerseys at all, it seems.....
