Clemson QB Trevor Lawrence, who is the favorite to be the No. 1 pick in next year's NFL draft, is hinting at staying in school for his senior season. "Who knows?" he said. "There's a lot of things that could happen."

I think their scale is mandated by the CBA , not sure it based on revenues
