They were touring without him recently...so I don't know. Haven't read that they will cancel anything yet.[/QUOTE

They probably won't since they been touring with out him. Sad to hear he had been diagnosed with Leukemia.

Wow...that sucks.

R.I.P.

He was an awesome bassist & songwriter.
One of the best concerts I ever attended was YES in 1984 at the Forum in LA....

I always really liked Yes. Reminded me of of poor mans Pink Floyd. I mean that in the most complimentary way.

meh...They both had classical roots, but I think Yes was more based in Jazz improvisations, where as ELP was more rock oriented.
But not commercial enough for Greg Lake, Emerson wanted to stay focussed on the classical roots and Lake wanted a more "Top 40" sound. Killed the band in the end.

Chris Squire was one of the great progressive rock musicians; I would say that he, Jack Bruce, and John Entwistle laid the foundation for many of today’s great bass players…

<---- including this guy.

Thought and prayers to Mr. Squire’s family and loved ones.

I've met a few Yes fans for whom the Trevor Rabin era was anathema, but 90215 is one of my all time favorite albums.

Big Generator was pretty good, too.
