Taking the spot of Stephon Gilmore. Sounds like from his instagram he will play. Might be the first player to go on IR and still play in the Pro Bowl?

That is an odd situation, but I believe he could have played in week 17 if there was anything left to play for.

I was thinking the same thing .. Hopefully he doesn't aggravate anything, and if nothing else, this trip will serve as a confidence boost and a way of putting the injury behind him ..

I certainly hope he's not feeling the pressure to prove that he's healthy because of a looming trade

UPDATE: Chris Harris Jr. has reportedly fractured his fibula and will likely be done for the season. The recovery time is 4-6 weeks and would need physical therapy to repair. This late in the season means he wouldn’t be ready to return until near Super Bowl time.

This is a huge loss for the Broncos defense.

Not sure where trade talk is coming from; why would we trade our only proven pro bowl CB? Especially at his discounted rate?

Good for him. I don't care how many pro bowls he goes to from now on, for every year he was snubbed from his rookie year onward, they owe him.

Congrats to Chris Harris - I think he is a big enough fellow to make this decision. Harris is a pretty grounded guy.
