There is some fault to go around, but if I don't defend fellow SEC'ers to the hilt, then why should anyone believe me when it happens to my teams???

I'm a firm believer the SEC refs protect the top ranked teams. Bama being a top ranked SEC has been the benefactor of some iffy calls the past few years.

Clemson had double the yards LSU did

Clemson had over 10 more minutes in TOP

LSU had only ONE more penalty. Where there bad calls? Absolutely, but they went BOTH ways.

LSU had the game in control and shitty coaching gave Clemson more chances than they should have had. If LSU puts foot down when they had the 11 point lead, they win. If LSU doesnt pass on 2nd and 2 and 3rd and 2, they WIN.
