Due to baseball playoffs, Raiders Oct. 6 home game vs. Chargers has been switched 4:25 pm ET to 11:35 pm ET. Late night

Seriously though, fuck baseball. I'm amazed the NFL lets them influence the schedule as much as they do. It's bad enough the football players have to play on a dirt baseball diamond.

Especially since no one even cares about the A's. That team is in the playoffs every year, yet no one goes to watch.

I honestly forgot that they were even a decent baseball team. I don't think I have seen a game of theirs in 15 years on tv.

Even the worst teams in football seem to get more coverage on tv than some of the best baseball teams. I saw something the other day on SC that said the Tampa Bay Rays even though they just made the playoffs have like the 5th worst attendance of any team in baseball. Baseball fans don't even get excited to support a winner.

I think you will be right...I remember them saying not too long ago that the Lightning delay either for the Thursday Night or Monday Night game a few weeks back was still the 2nd most watched thing on TV at that time.
