I apologize in advance if this is the same story of the stickem allegations, but if that, this, Shawne Merriman, and other ped users in SD, it seems like they don't believe cheating is wrong unless they're caught. Every team tries to find things that give their team the advantage, some legal and some not, but if someone were to tell me this happened without telling me who did it, I would have thought the Chargers.

That sort of fine isn't even a slap on the wrist for an NFL team. This was blatant cheating. I think they should lose a draft pick.
