Change Your Espectations We're Going 8-8 or Worse

This team won't win a playoff game and I'm almost saying we need to blow it up....Keep the D in tact keep SOME of the offense and replace the following:

Gruden
Alexander
Dalton
Give Trevor a shot over Cook to see if we can jumpstart the running game...
Get a true number 2 receiver Sanu i dont know...Jones will shine in a downfield offense....


I would recommend firing Gruden as Bmore did and giving the job to Hue the rest of the season...He couldnt be worse than Gruden....he has a better resume but he doesnt have much time to implement his offense....But if he could make some tweaks here and there such as committ to 20 runs a game more screens to get Gio in space and play action passes which are easier to execute with a running game...

We dont make these change we finish 7-9 to 8-8. I dont even see 9-7

We cant beat the Bills in their house we will lose to NE we will lose at Miami...We will lose to Bmore once...We will lose at Detroit thats 5 more losses right there.....

Marv needs to go too...Give the job to Zimmer....let Hue be OC.....and start over WITH A NEW GOT DAMN QB! I wish like Hell Mike would send a 3rd this year and a 5th next for Freeman.....and Let Hue mold him...THEN WE WILL WIN A PLAYOFF GAME! You heard it here 1st!

I would take Freeman in a heartbeat over Dalton.

Dalton now ranks 31st of 34 qualifying quarterbacks. Nice.

Cooke got destroyed all game. He is not big enough to handle that job and got rattled -- hence the bad snap. And why were we not running ball to the right side? I saw a lot of runs to the left.

Andy just can't make the NFL throws. We have a horizontal passing game. Teams have figured this out and we will see a continued frustration on offense.

As far as Josh Freeman goes, no thanks. His consistency is worse than Dalton's.

I said in April we would be going 8-8 this year. I don't think everyone realized that what they were calling a 'sophomore slump' with Dalton, are major flaws in his game that don't just miraculously improve.

The upsetting part, is we're only a few pieces away from being a real contender. But the pieces we're missing (Head Coach, QB) are just too big to overcome. It doesn't take a football genius to realize we don't even know how to correctly use the tools we already have.
