DBs (-) Ryan had a good game. Covering those receivers for that long. Wasn't their fault the game plan called for just keeping AR contained rather than multiple looks and more blitzing?
Why did we abandon the run. Blount was a beast, Gray had one good carry, Bolden danced well. Vereen was non existent. A steady dose of smash mouth would've kept AR on the sideline. Hope it was like some posters have said BB not showing his hand? Or is BB just trying too hard at out thinking his opponents?
let's hope the early arrival in SD is the trick?

I think a lot of the pass rush we saw yesterday was keeping containment on Rogers - when he scrambles and rolls, all hell breaks loose. I'm pretty sure Belichick wanted him in the pocket and wanted the passrushers to maintain edge discipline on their rush.

I'm sure that was part of the absence of reliable pressure - along with good OL play by the Packers of course.
